Our Christmas At Home

This morning we decided to have our Christmas, As you know we are spending Christmas in Mexico so this weekend was the right time to do ours here. We told AJ Santa was coming this morning. The night before, we got everything ready for Santa to come into our house, we cleaned up toys and everything to make our living room look nice. We were very excited!! At around 8:00am AJ and Valentina were coming downstairs and AJ found lots of M&M's on the carpet all the way to the Christmas Tree, he loved that Santa left so many "Chocolate Candy" for him which it was the first thing he said he wanted for Christmas. Valentina got some toys and Clothing, she was more interested on playing with the M&M's and getting on the R2D2 chair.
We loved those big smiles and we had a good Early Christmas. Here are some of the pictures we took.

Snow in Texas!!!

Yes!!! Last Wednesday morning Andrew and I were sleeping in my bed and we woke up with a beautiful white morning. It was supposed to be school day but AJ didn't go that day because we got some Viral Throat infection and he had fever that morning. He wasn't feeling very good but when he saw the snow he said "The Snow Man", and we were looking at it from our window. I couldn't resist it and i took him outside because you know we don't get much snow here. He loved it!! It was around 8:30 am and Valentina was still sleeping, she probably was getting sick too because now she is sick to with the same thing and they both are in pain with those nasty ulcer looking in their throat.

Christmas is coming!!

And we are getting the spirit of Christmas because is time to give, to share, to stay warm, to be with the people we love and to enjoy every smile that comes from our children. We put up our christmas tree, i think is the most beautifull Cxtree just because we all decorated together. Valentina helped to get the stuckings out. AJ was so excited to hanging the ornaments. I love this time of year and i can't wait to spend Christmas with my family in Mexico.

Star Wars

Last Friday we went to the Star Wars Concert. We had a lot of fun and AJ just loved it. AJ likes Dart Vader, when he dies in the movie AJ cried, he was very sad, so cute!! but when he saw it there he was a little scared and didn't want to get a picture next to it. Anyway, at the end of the concert he was more relaxed and he wanted to get pictures

Dallas Arboretum

Last Friday we went for the first time to the Dallas Arboretum, that place is beautiful and fun for the kids, it was a play date with my friends and we had a good time walking by all the beautiful flowers, watching the kids playing and taking pictures of the awesome pumpkin house. i was amazed to see all the different kinds of pumpkins.

My mom came with us to enjoy that morning.

A walk to Morelia's downtown.

I had to take the kids to downtown to get them some ice cream and a ballon, they don't really care about the beautiful architecture of the building but we had fun even though i wanted to get more pictures but there was something going on in downtown that it got so crowded of people and cars that it was impossible to walk by so we just stayed at the plaza.

AJ wanted to get the spiderman one.

Valentina also got her own, it had a jungle bell inside.

Our Trip to Morelia!!

My friend's wedding was the perfect excuse to go to Morelia, it was kind of an adventure to travel alone with my kids but I'm so blessed for having such a good kids, they did really good!!
As always it was a relaxing and busy vacation, the weather was very pleasant and sometimes hot. We had a lot of fun visiting all my friends, eating, sleeping being out a lot and giving love to the last of the 3 dogs I had when I was living in Morelia "Puchy"
Andrew had a lot of fun playing with my friend's kids and chasing puchy. We did a lot of things that I really didn't want to leave.

Ana's wedding was very fun in a beautiful place with the nice view of Morelia at night, she looked very pretty and her now husband looked happy. It was a late reception so we had to keep the kids up until midnight, Valentina felt asleep in the car seat while AJ played and dance with my friend's son.

We also went to the zoo, we had a good time, AJ liked to look at the turtles and the snakes.
